Straight over the areal of the world – known spa Piešťany spreads out the hill called Červená veža, which is an everlasting domain of Piešťany. This whole lokality, divided into the Forestpark, the suoth-western lot extended to the Lake Sľňava and the eastern lot extended to the village Banka, is with its position and accessibility of engineer networks predestinated for the construction of hotels, boarding houses, residenses, villas and family houses. As the following flight notices and visualisations dokument, the 39 ha area determined for the new construction has the ideal natural surroundings among the forestpark, the spa island and the forests of Považský Inovec. From all of the building- plots of this hill are wonderful views onto the river Váh valley just to the castles Tematín and Čachtice, on the town Piešťany and the Lake Sľňava. This lokality belongs to the most sunniest in Slovakia, has clean air and immediately is bordered with the areal of the hot thermal springs and that makes it interesting also in sanitary and recreation stand-points. Its climate conditions involve facts that Piešťany is more than 200 years known as a spa town in the whole Europe, they have a high-way to Bratislava, Vienna and Budapest, good train and bus connections and its own international airport. The aim of this project is to use one of the prettiest housing-recreant lokalities in Slovakia as much as possible on a high level, as like its title evokes : ARKADIA.
