The full using of the lokality Červená veža was restrained the last 50 years by the not clearing out of the property conditions and the cadastral belonging of the territory. Untill the year 1969 it belonged to the village Banka and was as “nationalized soil“ in the using of agricultural collective farm, the forestpark was managed by the town Piešťany as a recreant zone. After the year 1969 was Banka added to Piešťany again, including the land register. From the year 1996 was Banka independent again and the whole territory, including forestpark and the recreant arrangements on the left side of the river Váh belonged to the Banka land register. From this are dated problems with the using of the forestpark as like the strife of the grounds behind it on which were raised  restitual claims. Just in Mai 2001 after a long series of judicial decisions was the ownership definitive adjudged to the restituents, which instantly applied the elaboration of the intension of using this territory and the urbanistic study. The conception of the development of the spa by the Slovak Ministry of Health assumes in Piešťany the rise of an another or more spa organisations ( today are it just SLK and VKÚ Piešťany whereby a own thermal bore has also the Interhotel „Magnólia“ ) and that right in the lokality Červená veža, with by it pursued the creation of a concurent surroundings and a better using of the thermal springs and the lokality. Besides that exist an alternative project of establishment and construction of a international bussines centre with comfortable equipment on the highest world level of accomodation and services, situated in the north – eastern part of the lokality. Without regard in which way will the Piešťany spa develop, the described lokality will always be in coherence with it and will also profite from the spa. The whole zone will be decided into two parts shared with the Beethoven alley. A part of the sanatoria, boarding houses and spa villas will extended in the east part of the area, above the village Banka and the spa island. In the difference to the Piešťany spa, in the considered spa – recreant establishment Červená veža is the centralisation of the balneotherapy and accomodation not forced. The south-western part of the zone with a view on the Lake Sĺňava, the town Piešťany, the Little Carpathian and the Váh valley is reserved for the building of comfortable high-standartly family houses with rich green - which will be the continuation of the forestpark and the sanatoria part of the area. Transportly will this exclusive quarter accessible from the present road through the forestpark Červená veža and also from a considered  road from the planned bridge. In the stadium of a study is also a new road leading from the centre of the vilage Banka. The urbanistic study does not think about a transit or public transport, what will manage peace and quality air in the whole zone. Today is in the lokality a electric line, a gas line, two public water reservoirs and a phone line. The canalisation will be solved with the internal roads. An extraordinary opportunity is the using of the neighbouring forestpark for sport or amuzing activities, as like for bussines in this way.
