Owners of mentioned grounds, who have applied elaboration of project ARCADIA, consent after mutual agreecement to possibilities of its use more variantly. From the possibility of creation of the company, which might worked out the whole project and would gradually realize, untill various kinds of sale to one, or more investors. From agreecement with serious investor of the territory 300.000 m2 ( building plots “Vrchy” and “Štepnica“) also with owners of surrounding smaller, from point of view of study border- building – plots. Wide possibilities for commercial use of forest-park Červená veža are offered, too.
